Rev. Carolyn Larabee
The Chapel of the Americas
2131 W. Irvington
Tucson, Arizona

Home
In the Fall, we had a well attended grounds cleanup, and during the winter we held a successful yard sale to begin funds for the restoration.  We were fortunate to get used theater seats in great condition and have had an organ donated.  We hope to have the door of the Chapel open in 2006.

Rev. Carolyn has been joined by many from the main Temple to get this Temple underway.  In particular, Rose Font and Jeanette Long, who share her dream, have been indispensable.
At the request of The Blessed Mother to Rev. Betty Tatalajski,
the name of the Spanish Temple has been changed to the
Chapel of the Americas

She said, "There are many souls who have made transition in your deserts.
Some of their bodies have been found, many have not nor will they be.
They are very close to my heart.  Please pray for them.
My Chapel of the Americas is to be dedicated to them."

The Chapel of the Americas is located in southwestern Tucson and will focus on the large Hispanic and Native American people in our area.

Two double wide manufactured homes have been placed on the land.  The final plans for creating the restoration of the buildings are complete.

Rev. Carolyn Larabee is leading this effort.
