| We at the Temple feel like proud parents at the birth of our Sierra Vista Temple. The Temple Board is proud to issue a charter to REV. DOTTIE WHITACRE. Dottie was ordained a minister in the temple in 1998. She is founder of "METAMORPHOSIS", a spiritual development organization and she has been a teacher for the Ascended Masters for over a decade.
