TAURUS
Taurus is a fixed earth sign that tells of the energies of the earth and mans use of it and often bondage to these earthly things and forces.
It’s vice is inertia and peace at any price. It’s virtue is a successful, practical achievement that brings concrete results.
The Taurus feels at home on the earth. It represents a force that must be transformed into the perfected man by doing the Will of God. In doing so he realizes that the earthly body is a Temple of God.
In Taurus, man’s desires must be used as the vehicle in refining and raising the soul quality. Besides the sign of the bull, there is also the symbol of the coiled serpent which awaits for desire to be transmuted into spiritual Will.
As his thinking is enlightened by spiritual truth, the obedience of the lower man of Taurus will be raised into the higher spiritual Christ self.
Taurus rules finances, foundations, handling funds, and has the ability to earn and to disburse money. As they advance, they understand the difference of having money and material things without attachment to them.
As Taurus overcomes the stubborn nature of the ego, he will manifest the power within the throat to vocalize, form and pronounce “the Word” (aum). They have the quality of human speech as creative healing power to teach ,preach and heal the sick. He hears the harmonies of heaven, and comes into union with God, with the voice of God and with His vision. |
