Leo is the heart of the zodiac. Leo the lion is ruled by the sun, the heart of our solar system. The sun is the dynamic power-center for the forces of the zodiac. It is also the inner urge and fiery force that gives expression to the 'I AM'.
Every human being, through his higher Ego and, with the help of the Spiritual Hierarchies selects his own stellar configuration for each entrance into earthly life.
Leo has the power of the sun, and it gives man his sense of life. As he learns the nature of Leo and of the sun, he will receive the power to embrace the whole living universe.
Leo is vitality and his expression on earth will be contingent upon his soul age. He has an opulence of life, and an overload of strength, stamina, and stability through the vitality which this veritable powerhouse provides. This power can be used for good or ill, according to their soul maturity. It can produce an arrogant authoritarian or the creative organizer and director, motivated by wisdom and love.
The true light of Leo, expressing through the Christ Consciousness, makes a man a true king who helps to raise and refine multitudes of his fellow men. He'll give his love and compassion as selflessly as does the sun to its warmth and its light which shines on all alike.
When Leo individuals discern the spiritual light, their whole life is then devoted to doing good. They have the power to lift others up into the light of love, the realm of truth and wisdom. |
